This month's focus… parasites inside us…. What's having you for breakfast?!

Mission statement

To transform the healthcare status quo

We live in a nanny state where we are told from a very young age how and what to think, who to go to for advice, who to trust and who not to.  But is "An apple a day keeps the doctor away” still true? Unlikely if the apple was covered in wax and made in a factory in China and how good for us ARE the diet/ food/ pharmaceutical industries ?

Join me on my journey/ journalling voyage of pulling back the orthodox medical healthcare curtain and peering into the extremely lucrative "health food sector" to see exactly what is necessary and helpful or actually harmful in being healthful.

About me

Personal Trainer / Nutritional Therapist

With a family history of undiagnosed depression and thyroid issues my interest in health and nutrition began when I realized just how much my symptoms lifted with good nutrition and exercise.

Having lived an extreme existence of decadent partying through to hard strict training and dieting my body and brain had been pushed to the limits and knowing the extreme power of nutrition I was curious as to how much any damage could be reversed plus I was drawn to being a Nutritional Therapist as many of my friends and family had been put on various drugs from the doctors with damaging side effects, in some cases the medications were contraindicated.

I knew there was a better way.

This website and my Instagram is about my ongoing journey back to health and about how I can help us achieve our ultimate health goals. Click the button on my home page and take the free health questionnaire to also get a mini consultation.
