This book is a complete lifesaver. I have removed so many layers of trauma, sadness & abandonment. In July this year I met someone who I believe is a twin flame or a soul contract. Because I so desperately wanted to be healed quickly I was looking around for something that would help. A combination of this woman's soft caring voice and her obvious personal experience in this particular attachment style is really helping to heal my nervous system which has been damaged since I was born. I highly recommend this, especially as an audio for anyone who experiences anxious attachment in relationships. I'm still on this journey but I'm so grateful to have been triggered into doing the work and for finding something that actually does work.

Every time I do a session with this audio I make sure I'm lying down with both hands on my heart center. As I'm listening I'm focusing on the trapped emotions in my heart center and trying to relax the area. A combination of the release I experience and her voice seems to knock me out and I wake up knowing that I've done some serious healing each time. I cannot recommend her enough.
