I have been taking one tea spoon of Purple Rice every morning for a month now, so these are very early days. However, my impression has been that I sleep a bit more soundly, my bowel movements are less frequent, and I think I have a bit more energy, which was demonstrated by running a 5k ParkRun in my fastest time this year.
