Depression...the brains reaction to being poisoned.

Sugar, chemicals, inflammation, stress, nicotine, caffeine, alcohol to name but a few....mix in with that a few genetic SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms or the gene damage that you are born with) and you have the perfect recipe for depression.

The chemicals, by the way, are everywhere and the hardest ones to avoid...aspartame or most man made sweeteners, those vile self-squirting air fresheners and the plugins, washing liquids/ powders, cleaning products, flame retardant sprays on new sofas & carpets, personal care products...

Yes...its hard to avoid. One of the only ways I have found to avoid the black dog thats good for you is to live a Nutritional Therapist approved lifestyle! 

Sometimes easier said than done lol!!
